For any Project based work we follow a tried and tested four step process as detailed below

Space Planning

Before making a substantial capital commitment to improve your workspace, you’re going to want to know whether you’ve allowed enough space to accommodate all of the items on your wish list. Ideally you will also want to be sure that the different product finishes you’ve selected will interact with each other successfully to give you the desired effect.

We start by listening to your needs and requirements, agreeing a draft list of products to be included and then mapping them out on a 2D space plan to optimise the space available. Once we are comfortable we have a strong enough proposal, we can share our thoughts with you, take further instruction and then even create a 3D visualisation to include a full colour render of the entire office. Generally this is a chargeable service, however for larger projects we reimburse your investment.

Project Management

If you are considering a large installation, we can be on hand with you throughout the process.

Large projects will be allocated their own experienced Project Manager, who can assist with product recommendations, colour schemes, space planning, and can arrange showroom visits or product samples.

Once all your products have been selected and your order placed; your dedicated Project Manager can meet you on site, check through any space plans with you, and then physically check that the correct items and sizes have been specified prior to the installation taking place.

When the day arrives for your carefully chosen furniture to be installed, your Project Manager will be on hand to co-ordinate the installation process, and to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Delivery

We provide a fast delivery service, as standard to UK mainland destinations, usually within 3-5 days. If you require a quicker delivery then please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Standard delivery is free to any UK mainland destination – to a Ground Floor location (no steps) or a main access point. If you do have any non-standard delivery requirements we would be more than happy to see if these can be accommodated for an additional cost – please contact us on support@myworkspace.store

All goods will be delivered flat-packed as standard, however there is a Pre Build service available for all seating, and we can quote for installation on larger orders & projects. Again just contact us on support@myworkspace.store and we can discuss further.

Installation

Delivery & installation can be arranged across the majority of the UK using our experienced teams of fitters.

Your furniture will be delivered to site, unloaded, assembled, positioned, and then levelled in your desired location – all packaging will be removed from site and recycled where possible.

A dedicated Project Manager can be assigned to you if required, they will be on hand to oversee the entire process. To discuss your installation requirements further please contact us on support@myworkspace.store
