Sample Service
The sample service applies to chairs only and is a service which is only available to business customers (not private individuals). Delivery of the sample chair must be made to the company address; chairs cannot be delivered to a home address. Take advantage of our “try before you buy” sample service. With a minimal upfront cost of £45.00 ex VAT and our excellent range of task/executive chairs, you can ensure you find the right chair for your needs before having to pay the full price.
Step 1
Choose Your Chair
Is there a chair you are interested in buying, but want to make sure it is going to be suitable for your requirements before committing to the full purchase price? If so why not take advantage of our “try before you buy” sample service? Simply email us support@myworkspace.store with the chairs details (including the colour your require), your contact details, and your delivery address, then we will do the rest!
Step 2
Delivery / Trail Period
After you have selected your chair and paid the delivery / return fee of £45.00 ex VAT it will be delivered to you fully assembled in a box. You then have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if you wish to keep the chair, or if you wish to return it to us (remember to keep hold of all the original packaging).
Step 3
Return if Needed
If you wish to return the chair just contact us, with all of the details and we will arrange collection. You will need to put the chair back into its original condition, and it will need to be in resalable condition. If you decide to keep the chair you will simply be invoiced for the remaining cost of the chair (minus the £45.00 already paid).

Sample Service Terms and Conditions:
- This sample service applies to chairs only. If you are interested in sampling another piece of furniture, please email support@myworkspace.store separately
- A payment of £39 + VAT must be received before a sample chair is released for delivery (no more than 2 x samples can be arranged at a time)
- The payment of £39 + VAT is to cover the cost of delivery and collection fee if you decide against keeping the chair
- If you decide to keep the chair the £39 + VAT charge will be deducted from the sell price of the chair
- All sample chairs are available on a 7 day trial period only – you must make a decision on the chair and notify myworkspace.store within 7 days
- The 7 day trial period starts on the day the chair is delivered to you
- If myworkspace.store does not have contact from the customer within the 7 day trial period they will be invoiced, and full payment will be expected immediately
- If payment has not been received by the 10th day after delivery, myworkspace.store has the right to collect the chair
- It is strongly advised that all packaging is kept and stored until you have made a decision on the chair (see below)
- Sample chairs can only be returned if they are packaged correctly (as delivered)
- If the original packaging has been damaged or disposed of there is an additional £10 + VAT fee for new packaging to be supplied
- Collection will only be attempted once. If the parcel is inadequately packaged, or the driver is told there is nothing to collect, then you will be charged a further £10 + VAT failed delivery charge
- The chair must be returned in a resalable condition. If the chair is not fit for resale the chair will be returned to you, and full payment for the chair will be expected, along with an additional £10 + VAT to cover the return of the chair
- If the chair is marked, damaged or faulty upon delivery please notify myworkspace.store immediately, if you fail to mention any of the above you may be held responsible and unable to return the chair
